ISO 9000

Blakeslee Technologies has completed Phase 1 implementation of the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System (QMS).

Working with Insyte Consulting, Phase 1 included company-wide training, process identification and documentation, monitoring of process performance, and process improvement.

Phase 2 is scheduled to be completed by the end of 3Q2007. Phase 2 includes gap analysis to determine compliance to ISO 9000 standards, internal auditing, and simulated external auditing.

Phase 3 (final phase) is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2Q2008. Phase 3 includes external auditing, certification auditing, and ISO 9001:2000 certification.
